Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and plans can change! However, because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations and no-shows can leave me with little or no time to fill that space.
To respect both my time and the time of my clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments:
48+ Hours Before Your Appointment
A cancellation fee equal to 25% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged.
24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
100% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged.
Repeated No-Shows
Clients who repeatedly no-show appointments may no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Hair & Makeup by Shaina.
